Basingstoke Together’s Annual General Meeting

Basingstoke Together would like to invite members of Basingstoke Together to attend our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 1st February 2018 at 3pm at the Willis Museum.

The purpose of the meeting is provide levy payers with an annual report on the achievements of Basingstoke Together during 2016-17, as well as presenting the accounts for 2016-17. We will also show highlights of the previous 10 months and discuss our plans for the next twelve months.

The meeting will offer an opportunity for you to give your views on how the BID can continue to work effectively for local businesses and how it can continue to develop and promote Basingstoke as the perfect place to work, live, shop and visit.

If you would like to vote at the AGM you will need to formally join Basingstoke Together as a member; by simply completing the membership form here. As a levy payer, you are not automatically a member of Basingstoke Together.
