What is your current role?
Store Manager at Oasis
What’s the most interesting part of your role?
Every day is different; I get to talk to different people every day, so I never get lonely!
What are the challenges for a woman in your role?
You sometimes get the odd challenging customer, but Oasis is a really female orientated company. Everyone right up from Head Office, to your colleagues, are really friendly so it’s a great company to work for.

Festival Place being built and then opening. I can remember the buzz it created around the town, everyone was talking about it.
What would be your advice to young women starting their careers?
Don’t be afraid! Don’t be afraid to ask, or to push for the role you want.
